I really enjoyed chatting about "Mindfulness" in this LIVE session. There were quite a few things that triggered me into using that single word as the theme for the sharing of ideas and mini-readings in this interaction with others!

Morning meditation using Native American style Flutes. Nov 21 2018

As I'm contemplating what I'm going to move forward with in my day, I felt the urge to play my flutes.

I felt the urge to take myself within to Soul in meditation ...

Following that meditation I felt compelled to draw a card from the Gilded Reverie Lenormand ...

35.  Anchor
"With stability and security, I bring peace of mind. I push you to persevere and help you reach your goal... "

Now that my home is becoming more settled and organised, it was a pure pleasure to see this card jump out for me this morning. Perseverance in learning new things with LIVE video streaming, using the wonderful technology we have available in a fast paced world ...

My own eye is taken to the birds flying above the water, unaffected by the waves and the splash of the anchor as it's about to settle in the water ... allowing me to be the 'witness' to the events around me as I remain calm and steady ...

Be at Peace in your world ...

After being woken with my alarm this fine and cool morning, the time came for our weekly LIVE show, using the BeLive.tv platform broadcast on MyTimtv.live Facebook page.



A lot of tracking there and once online, it was a fun session as usual with more of the cards being read than usual. Leanne Winston had a new deck!

It was a bit rushed to get within the deadline of the relevant day, and I only just remembered to put the video here as well ... especially considering that I have called this Blog

This card is one I chose from the Gilded Reverie - Lenormand by Ciro Marchetti.

5. Tree

As written in the booklet that came with the deck:

"I am here to stay and grow. I am the health of your body, mind, and soul. Look for the cards next to me to find out more about me. When negative cards are close pack some tissues for your nose.

A sign of health and longevity, and the imperative to put down one's roots to ensure a secure future. The card's presence could indicate a health condition that is inherited. Combine this card with the previous card of the House (4) and we have a 'Tree House' that speaks of security, but great family responsibility, and possible ill health through stress.

The Tree here also depicts the Tree of Life, a spiritual symbol that has its roots in the most ancient civilizations. Whether it be Babylonian, Egyptian, or Jewish images of the Tree, it speaks here of antiquity and ancient roots.

The card's meaning can also be seen in the rainbow, perhaps suggesting that true health is to be found in aligning ourselves between that which is above and that which is below. The harmony of the colours reflecting through the Tree symbolizes the holistic nature of healing and life itself."

As I'm looking at the card I'm aware that there is an abundance of colour with the dominant colour being green. Within the leaves of the wonderfully fertile tree are 3 birds, themselves with touches of rainbow colours in their feathers. Connecting through the trunk and the symbolism of the Tree of Life, is the rainbow - flowing into the grasses in the earth. Below  are the caps of the fungi, whether they be mushrooms or toadstools ... it makes no difference in this vision. An abundance and steadfastness in how they cycle in their season, as the rainbow appears with the right conditions in the atmosphere.

All is indicating the solidity of the tree and how it is firm, strong, a foundation of habitat for so much in life and understanding. Providing for each of us in defined ways, the air, food and habitat.

Within is the meaning of life ...

As you read the two explanations, take what you need from the words and feel what you are sensing about the card for your own interpretation and understanding.
