I really love it when there is the reminder from Spirit, to TRUST our Selves and the connection we have with those around us, Mother Nature and our Ancestors.

After the Daily Lenormand Card Spread this morning, it became my focus to do more research and inner questioning about the Whip!
As you can see from the two photos that I've included in this post, I have 6 Lenormand decks!
I really enjoy reading this style of divination cards and I find them so easy to interpret ... usually!
It was the Mystical Lenormand that I used this morning, and the Whip was in the position in the spread that represented [My Role], which tweaked my curiosity because of the artwork in this particular deck that seems so 'dark', and honestly, not nice! I'm a person who focuses on what is positive for my life and it does feel uncomfortable to see a depiction that shows self-flagellation! I do remember seeing this activity in some movies and wonder about the mind of a person who would do this to themselves!?
So I've looked up what each of these decks have in their guidebooks -
Pixie's = Keywords; abuse, activities, repetition, addiction, sports, chronic pain, arguments, controversy, decisions, sexual situation, disruptions, discord, heated discussions, passion, physical attraction, stimulation. - A basic idea of stimulation and excitement either physically or emotionally. It's a card of heated passion, as well as playing sports. Typically not related in any way, they both excite and stimulate the body.
Rana George = brings anything that entails a repetitive motion, or doing something over and over, such as writing, editing, cleaning, sweeping, dancing, working out, arguing, debating, fighting or quarrelling. Can come up as chronic pain or an ongoing issue. It has that strong vibrating energy of anger and/or passion, so sometimes it can turn to violence and abuse.
Blue Bird = disharmony and conflict in personal life. May signify quarrels, domestic trouble, stormy friendship, unhappy romance and failing marriage.
Fairytale = being reminded that sometimes we let anger drive us. Rage is at the heart of the issue when this card shows up. Has someone made you lose your temper? Are you punishing yourself for something you did? Watch out for conflict in your world that is fueled by fury.
Gilded Reverie = frenzie will be whipped up, creating discord and a person will be quick to anger. This card is trouble, strife, disharmony, conflict, argument, and all things stressful. A crack of the whip will be exerted either by you or against you.
